Price Of Gold Should Be Sounding Alarm Bells At The Federal Reserve

The world’s system of prosperity is tied to things that fade, such as gold, silver, and real estate.

Gold cannot please the One who gives the gift of life!

Jesus said, “Lay not up for yourselves  treasures upon earth  where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves breakthrough and steal” Matthew 6:19

He said, ‘But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.” Matthew 6:20

Jesus said, “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Matthew 6:21

It is important to know where your heart is! Do you worship money? Do you serve money? Preoccupied with money?

Jesus said, “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”

1 Timothy 6:10

“For the love of money is the root to all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierce themselves through with many sorrows.”

Money is not evil. The love of money is the root to all evil.

If the root of all evil is love of money, then love must be the seed that produces the fruit!

So what you worship outside of God becomes the seed that produces the fruit of much sorrows!

The person who worships money is like Adam and Eve, focusing on the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil to the neglect of all the other fruit trees of the Garden of Eden.

Once Adam ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, he lost his clothing, for he saw that he was naked and he hid among the trees of the Garden of Eden.

Adam hid among the trees of the garden. God had already unvested tremendous wealth in the Garden of Eden!

He got distracted!

Let us appreciate and find value in what God has already given us. God has given the gift of life. He put the tree of life back in front of us.

For Apostle Paul said,

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” 1 Timothy 6:12
