The Lamb of God, the Secret Weapon

I had a dream back in 2002. I saw myself with an RPG, a Rocket-propelled Grenade. I was hidden in a sniper’s nest. I zeroed the scope of the RPG on a group of soldiers about to get in a truck. I heard one of them say, “How did he find the secret weapon?”

What is the secret weapon?

I was puzzled about the secret weapon. About the time I had this dream, I was praying with a group of Churches called the Regional House of Prayer. We were deeply involved in intercessory prayer. We organized ourselves into 2-hour prayer watches. We were able to maintain prayer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through continuous prayer.

I was praying about the interpretation of that dream. My heart was drawn to the Communion. I did a study on the blood of Jesus, the sacrifice. I found 40 benefits of the blood of Jesus. I wrote a book about the benefits of the blood of Jesus Christ.

A few years later, my church started observing the Communion in our mid-week service. We started observing the Lord’s Communion in all of our services. Our services are now organized around Communion.

Communion opened a door to greater insights into the Covenant. Today, I personally take Communion every day as a reminder of God’s promises.

The Secret Weapon

In Genesis 3:15, God pronounced judgment on the serpent in the Garden of Eden. He said,

“The seed of the woman shall crush your head and shall bruise his heel.”

After Jesus was baptized, he declared the message of the kingdom of God and taught others to live the message of the kingdom.

In Luke 10:17-20, Jesus sent his disciples into the community to declare the kingdom of God. When his disciples returned from the mission field, they said, The devils are subject to us through your name. In that hour, Jesus rejoiced in spirit and said, “I saw Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” He said, “I give you power over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you!”

It was his sacrifice that made the difference.

Jesus gave his flesh and blood as instruments of victory over Satan. He consecrated a new living way through has body into the presence of God. Through communion, we partake of his sacrifice. For example, he presents the bread, which represents his flesh. He says Take and eat, this is my body which ig giving for you. He takes the cup and says this is my blood which is shed for you.

John 3:16, God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

Whosoever denotes a personal offer of salvation by grace through faith.

People don’t know how to use the name in warfare against demonic attacks

You have to use the whole sacrifice:

In Acts 19:13-15, seven sons of Sceva took upon themselves to call the name of Jesus over those who were oppressed by evil spirits. The evil spirit answered, “Jesus, I know, and Paul, I know; but who are you? Those seven men were beaten and battered by one man.

In Revelation 12, Satan is cast out of heaven. The heavens rejoice. The kingdom of Christ is come. The announcement is made, woe to the inhabitants of earth, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath because he knows his time is short.

However, we can rejoice because the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony and they loved not their lives even unto the death.” Revelation 12:12
