The God Factor

Psalms 62:10-12 (MEV)

“Do not trust in oppression, and do not become vain in robbery; if riches increase, do not set your heart on them. God has spoken once, twice I have heard this: that power belongs to God. Also to You O Lord, belongs mercy; for Your render to each one according to his works.”

When you look at the fires in California or natural calamities worldwide, you may ask why God allowed something like that to happen. Why did God allow Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit, knowing the horrific results that would follow?

God gave them exclusive authority to make decisions on earth over everything that moves, swims or flies.

However, God is the ultimate authority. One command he gave Adam was not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; the penalty was death.

Reality

The moment they ate the forbidden fruit, their eyes were opened, and they knew that they were naked and they began to sew fig leaves to cover their nakedness. The consequences of their decision had not come to full harvest although they immediately recognized something happened. It took 932 years for bad decision to show up!

The reality is, people may have the power to defraud, steal, and scheme people but God is the equalizer.

Is the poor getting poorer, and the rich is getting richer? Is the pharmaceutical system killing everyone with drugs? Is the medical system all-powerful that it can deny people medical treatment based on profit?

People fail to take into consideration the God Factor

What is the God factor? As our opening text declare, ‘all power belong to God. God alone has the right to determine who gets mercy. God renders to every man according to his works!

God gives people opportunities; he always gives them a way out!

Genesis chapters 5 and 6, sums up the generations of Adam. There was great wickedness in the earth. God said,

“The LORD said, My Spirit will not always strive with man, for he is flesh, yet his days will be a hundred and twenty years.” Genesis 6:3

The God Factor in Noah’s Day: God said, “I will not keep striving with man. His days on earth shall be limited to 120 years.”

God, with one decision, reduces everybody’s life span from 900+ years to 120 years.

God still gives people opportunities to change. Noah preached for 100 years before the floods came, and not one person changed.

The God Factor: “God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.” Genesis 6:13 (KJV)

“For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.” Genesis 7:4 (KJV)

Noah found grace in the eyes of God. As the flood was increasing upon the earth, God shut them in the Ark.

Grace

We are living in a time where judgments are being released. Just as Noah found grace in the eyes of God, he has given us the gift of grace!

“For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they WHICH RECEIVE ABUNDANCE GRACE and the GIFT of righteousness shall REIGN in life by one, JESUS CHRIST.” Romans 5:17 (KJV)

Why people can not receive the gift

Because they refuse to believe

“He came unto his own, and his own RECEIVED HIM NOT. But as many as RECEIVED him, to them gave he POWER to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: WHICH WERE BORN, not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, nor of the WILL of man BUT OF GOD.” John 1:12-13 (KJV)

Another scripture says men rejected the light because they loved darkness more than the light, John 3:19

The following article in this series will discuss the advantages of the system that God created for us. For example, according to Luke 10:2, the Heavenly Father has planted a new harvest. He is the Lord of the harvest. The harvest is great, but only a few will reap it because of choice.

The problem is very few people have a revelation of the scope of it. They think its only about winning souls. However, it is a new creation by which we have obtained the status as children of God, born by an act of God. There is no social class in God’ system. There are no poor, busted or broken! Why

God as made us able to be partakers of the inheritance. He delivered us from the POWER OF DARKNESS.

Man’s System, as opposed to God’s created order.

God is the architect, original designer, the creator of all things. He created all things for his pleasure and out the goodness of his heart shares it with man.

Adam lost this blessedness. JESUS regains it and gives it back.

The Blessedness

On the seventh day of creation, after he finished the work of creation, he aside the seventh day as a day of celebration where he planned for his creation to enjoy the bounty of the works of his hands.

He reintroduced this concept into the ten commandment, stating the seventh day is holy and no work could be done in that day.

Israel got into much trouble because money was driving their ambition. They worked the seventh day.

“But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and nit bear a burden, eveb entering in at the gate of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.” JEREMIAH 17:27 (KJV)

He kept telling them how creation was designed. God and Israel were in a covenant. Israel was his covenant partner.

God has extended a New Testament, or what is called a New Covenant, based on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The promise

“Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poorof this world rich in faith, and reigns of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?” James 2:5

GOD Chose

Yes. GOD CHOSE JUST AS HE DID IN GENESIS 2:3, to share the bounty of the works of his hands with man.

He  REINTRODUCED the concept of the blessed work  IN HEBREWS 4:6; there must be some that will enter into this blessed rest.

The scriptures declare labor to enter into this blessed rest. In other words, perfect the system in your life. Seek it, ask for it, believe it, act on it.

There is a scripture that says that when God bought Israel out of Egypt, not one feeble person was among them.

Go back to the beginning

Its about cycles

Its about his works not your works

“For my people have committed TWO EVILS; they have forsaken me the FOUNTAIN of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, that can hold no water.” Jeremiah 2:13

Cursed is the person who put their trust in man, Jeremiah 17:5

Put not your trust princes, nor the son of man, in whom there is no help (salvation) (Psalms 146:3)

Many people are putting their faith in a political system, whether it be the stock market, government agencies, the medical industry, the job market, a senator, governor, banker, or lawyer.

Think System

“He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs if a man. The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.” Psalms 147:10-11 (KJV)

“Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and HEIRS of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him.” JAMES 2:5 (KJV)

Think of the kingdom as the system of God. All that he owns! It include the gold, silver, angels, healing, deliverance, blessing, anointing- everything! And he has chosen to give it to those who love him just like he did in Genesis 2:1-3.

Seed time Harvest

God planted two trees in the beginning in Genesis 2. In Revelation 22, we see both trees. The Lamb of God which represents Adam’s original sacrifice, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and tree of life which is in full harvest mode.

It’s cyclical

Its generational. It functions in cycles. God started the process in beginning when he finished the cteated order. He set aside the seventh day of creation as a blessed rest. He invited Adam and his generations into that blessed day, to enjoy the works of his hands.

Satan stole the blessings. God restored the blessings.

He left us a guild to the blessing in scripture.

God set a testimony

“Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth. I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old: which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the genetation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: THAT THE GENERATION TO COME might know them, even the children which should be born; WHO SHOULD BE BORN; WHO SHOULD ARISE AND DECLARE THEM TO THEIR CHILDREN: that they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commands.” Psalms 78:1-7 (KJV)

How did God set a testimony? He provided for three million people in the barren desert. He fed them with manna, gave them water out of a rock, gave them gold and silver, gave them an inheritance, and defeated their enemies. God provided as he did in the beginning. His methods are the same. He created the system, the created order.

Adam’s generations are summed up in Genesis 5, judged in Genesis 6, and destroyed in Genesis 7.

Why did Jesus call the generation of his day faithless and perverted?

“Lord, have mercy onmy son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him. Then Jesus answered and said, O FAITHLESS AND PERVERSE GENERATION, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hithet to me.” Matthew 17:15-17

Faithless means no faith. But perverse, means “distort, misinterpret, corrupt, to turn away.”

Jesus expected more from them. Why? God set a testimony in them when he delivered their fathers out of Egypt. God demonstrated his power through mighty miracles. But when they were faced with challenges, they wanted to go back to Egypt. They saw themselves as grasshopper and their enemies as gaints.

The generation that came out of Eygpt was called a wicked and stubborn generation. God swore in his wrath that they would not go into his blessed rest.

The battle of today is over resources!

The battle that we fight every day is over resources. Who has the most money! If we can’t get it, we steal it.

God doesnt see things the way we see them. His wsy are higher than our ways and hiy thoughts than oir thoughts.

The Laodiceans Church of Revelation 3, described themselves as rich, increased with good and need of nothing. But Jesus described as lukewarm. He said,

“Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, abd miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.”

The real issue as far as God is concern is not how money you have but how rich is your faith in him. This is the same issue the foolish rich man dealt with when God called him to give an account of himself. JESUS said, so is he as the rich man who is not rich in God.

Jesus counseled Laodiceans to buy gold tried in the fire from him so that they might be rich. The currency of heaven is faith in God. God’s plan is not poverty. It is the blessed rest that tells us to labor to enter in.

What happened in Bangladesh?

What happened in Bangladesh? An age-old condition that first started in the Garden of Eden!

THEFT

Somebody stole from somebody!

Adam and Eve took the sacrifice of the fruit of the Garden of Eden. Their descendants took as many wives as they chose, Genesis 6:2 (KJV)

The cycle has been unbroken. But so has the judgment.

The United States was judged in the matter of slavery. Six hundred thousand soldiers died on the field of battle. Countless millions of dollars worth of property was destroyed and an American president was assassinated.

Europe suffered two great wars

World War 1 and World War 2. Millions died, and billions of dollars of property were destroyed.

There was one period in World War 2 when London was being bombed daily by Germany. Britian came out of World War 2 broken from the devastation.

Britain was one of the nations that stole resources from other nations. India was one of those nations. They also plundered resources from Africa and Asia.

Dealing with after effects

People who have been enslaved, stolen from, marginalized, and politically divided over generations become mentally conditioned to give as little as possible to the point of neglecting their environment.

Judgment to Come

People are crying about the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer in our day.

People talk like this because they have been conditioned to serve money. They become mentally unable to see how great the harvest God has planted and prepared for them.

A day is approaching, just as it has in all previous ages.

“For in ONE HOUR so great riches is come to nought. And shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea stood afar off, and cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!” Revelation 18:17 (KJV)

One hour great riches shall come to nothing! All the resources that have stolen, and the blood shed, will be judged!

Brighter Side

But there is a brighter side! Untold wealth is waiting to be taken by those whom God has chosen to receive it! The magnetude of this scripture is impossible to comprehend. But here you go:

“Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he promised to them that love him.” JAMES 2:5 (KJV)

God chose to give the bounty of the works of his hands to those who love him. He chose the poor to provide this wealth!

People fail to comprehend the greatness of the seed he sowed in the earth, in the Garden of Eden and harvest to be reaped!

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9 (KJV)

You have to have a revelation! In other words, the apostle Paul prayed that God would give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in his knowledge so that the eyes of our hearts would be enlightened so that we might know. (Ephesians 1:17-18)
