Hebrews 1:13 says angels are ministering spirit sent forth to minister for the heir of salvation.
Psalms 91:11, he gives his angels charge over us that they are to keep us from hitting our foot against a stone.
An angel was sent to deliver Peter out of prison.
I have experienced the ministry of angels in my life. I saw an angel sitting with me in my car while I was working mid-night traveling the dark highways.
Pray for Syria
I was praying over our brothers and sisters in Syria and other parts of the earth who are being persecuted and killed because of their faith in Christ, when it occurred to me to pray for angels’ armies to be sent to Syria to defend and fight for those who are being persecuted for being Christians.
An angel told the apostle John in Revelation 19:10, I am your fellow servant
“And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophesy.”
Angels are there to help us. Would you join me today to pray for the ministry of angels to be released, mainly in Syria.
Lots of people are struggling mentally because they are focusing on the wrong things.
The god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4) feeds the world with a negative thoughts, negative code.
Adam and Eve didn’t know they were naked until after they followed his advice and ate the forbidden fruit. Once they ate, their eyes were opened, and they knew they were naked. They ran and hid themselves. At that point, they became self-conscious and feared.
Vision
Vision communicates image. The principle of vision says what you consistently focus and meditate on, you become. For example, the Bible says,
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even by the Spirit of the Lord” 2 Corinthians 3:18
The Bible says, Be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might; put on the whole armor of God.
“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” 2 Corinthians 3:17
You Have A Choice
It’s called Dominion!
“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:6
The next verse says, we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God and not us.
God never walked away from his original plans. His plans which he put in place in the Garden of Eden are still in play.
Revelation 22:4,
“And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.”
What is stopping you from thinking on the goodness and richness of God right now?
Instead of meditating on sin, sickness, disease, and lack; focus on the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Jesus went through all that so that you could be reunited with the Father of glory!
The Apostle Paul described the influence of a demonic ruler called a principality over the region in which the city of Ephesus was located.
Acts 19 tells us this principality was known as the great goddess Diana. This classification of demonic spirits influences people’s thinking and beliefs.
The god of this world
Satan is called the god of this world who blinds the mind, 2 Corinthians 4:4
In Revelation 12, the god of this world is called the great red dragon, Satan, the Devil, and Serpent of old, who deceives the whole world.
Revelation 18, He uses sorcery
“… for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.” Revelation 18:23
The biblical definition of sorceries is medication, magic. It is the word that the Bible uses to describe Simon
He uses persasive arguments, illusions and lies, false promises to win people over to his way of thinking.
The Danger of Dominion
Dominion is something God invested in us as his creation. It is the most dangerous part of our DNA because, when exercised, it determines our future course. For example, for years, I chose man as my source. I charged everything on credit cards, and I was thousands of dollars in debt.
When I realized I had a covenant with God, who promised to supply all my needs, I fully turned to him and sought his kingdom and his way of doing things. God’s life began manifesting in me, things turned for me, and I became debt-free.
Give us a man
In the days of the prophet Samuel, the elders of Israel were faced with the same issues we are faced with today, corruption in leadership. So the people asked Samuel to give them a king to lead them and fight their battles. They said, we want to like others nations.
God told Samuel to do as the people asked; God said, they have not rejected you; they have rejected me that should not reign over them.
In reality, they rejected the kingdom of God for the kingdom of man or God’s system for man’s system.
People are doing the same thing today! People who are saved never graduate from kindergarten in the things of the kingdom. They were blinded by the systems of man, democrats, republicans, communism, democracy, capitalism.
I am so glad that I paid off my Sears Credit card. God broke the cycle of debt. I had to decide to save money in an emergency savings account so that when needs came up, I could tap into my emergency savings instead of running to a credit card.
The annual interest rate (apr) was 16% when I got out of debt. Today, that interest rate doubled to 34.24%
Dominion
It actually comes down to a choice. Who is your source of life? What tree are you eating from? Are you drinking from the well of living waters? Have you come to the table of blessing and feasting on the bread of life?
This article is about understanding the source and purpose of pressure.
The source of the pressure is always spiritual. In order to get clarity we need to return to the origin of things in the Garden of Eden.
Genesis 3:15
“And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.”
Enmity means hostility, warfare, battle and struggle.
Notice, God makes reference to the head and heel. The serpent would bruise man’s heel or his sense of dominion.
The Seed of Woman figuratively refers to Jesus, who comes to bruise the head of the serpent and restore man to his rightful position of dominion by suffering death on the cross.
We wrestle against…
God set perpetual warfare between the seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent.
Through an act of disobedience, a door was opened and a third party, Satan, was allowed entrance into the earth. He was also given seed.
Satan appeals to Jesus sense of dominion
Satan said to Jesus, ‘If you fall down and worship me, I will give you the kingdoms of the world and their glory, for they are delivered to me,’ Luke 4:6
Where did Satan get this authority over these kingdoms? He won them through conquest. How do we know this?
Revelation 12 reveals who the serpent was in the Garden of Eden and what he has become! Revelation 12:2 reveals him as a great red dragon with seven heads and crowns. He drew a third of angels with his tail and cast them to the earth.
Revelation 12:9 says that the great red dragon is the serpent of old, Satan and the Devil, who deceives the whole world.
That warfare came to a head on the day that Jesus Christ was crucified and resurrected to the right hand of God.
The rest of Revelation 12 talks about how Satan was cast out of heaven to the earth. He knows his time is short. The Bible says, woe to the earth because the devil has come down with great wrath because he knows his time is ending!
Ephesians 6:12 states that our warfare is not with people but against principalities, powers, rulersof the darknessof this world, and spiritualwickedness inhighplaces.
A Prince rules over a territory mainly through exerting influence over the way people think
Powers- emanate from a base of power. For example, Jesus says when a strong man armed keeps his palace, his goods are in peace, Luke 11:21-22. They come to manifest sickness and disease.
Another example is in Mark 5:9, Jesus cast out a demon called Legion from a possessed man. When Jesus asked its name, they said
“And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.”
Rulers of the darkness- this classification of the demonic traffick in vice like cocaine, fentanyl, sex trafficking,
Spiritual Wickedness in High Places: this spirit works in and through people who amass great resources and influence. An example can be seen in Revelation 18, where the Bible talks about the great men of the earth and kings ruling in alliance with the Whore of Babylon
Colossians 1:13, we have been delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the kingdom of his dear son.
Jesus said, ‘The children of this world are wiser in their generation than the Children of Light.’
I have served in the Marine Corps, so I know what Sniper Irving is talking about. I have also served in ministry for over 35 years.
I am greatly impressed by Nike Irving’s desire to become an Army Ranger. He made incredible sacrifices to achieve his goal.
I understand the challenges to our Christian faith, too. Some challenges knock us off our feet, and some setbacks frustrate us.
Power through
Power through frustration, aggravation, disappointment, fear and denial.
Like Sniper Nick, you have to be able to see the vision, reward, and harvest.
The Vision
The vision is singular in nature. There is only one God-ordained vision, and it is in Genesis chapters 1-2. God created you in his image and likeness to have dominion over creation. This vision has never changed.
The Apostle Paul says our warfare is not with flesh and blood but against principalities (Ephesians 6:12)
The battle that we fight every single day is against the influence of demonic forces.
For example, a principality called the Queen of Heaven influenced the women to burn incense against the will of God, See Jeremiah 44:15-19.
This demonic principality called the Queen of Heaven was able to create division in the family by causing the women to rebel against their husbands.
For example, the prophet Jeremiah tells us what the women said,
“As for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the nameoftheLORD, we will not hearken unto thee. But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven…” Jeremiah 44:16-17 (KJV)
Principalities work by influencing a belief system! For example, the women in our text above believed that burning incense, pouring out drink offerings, and making cakes to worship her caused the Queen of Heaven to feed and protect them. ( Jeremiah 44:17-19)
The African Methodist Episcopal Church
The AME Church split from the United Methodist Church because of an “ism’, racism, a belief system based on the color of a person’s skin.
This “ism” prevented saved, baptized believers in Christ from sharing Communion together with their darker-skinned brethren.
There is no division in the kingdom of Darkness.
Jesus gave this insight into the workings of Satan’s organization:
“… Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth. If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.” Luke 11:17b-18 (KJV)
A principality work is to create division. You can almost always discern the work of a principality by identifying the suffix “ism.”
God’s vision is singular, one vision revealed specially in Genesis 1-3.
Division, two visions, one called good and the other evil. It was never God’s will for creation to know good or evil.
