Seed time Harvest

God’s original plan: Genesis 1:29 & Genesis 2:9

God provides seed to sowers and bread for our food. He multiplies the seed we sow and increase the fruits of harvests, 2 Corinthians 9:10

It took me many years to understand how God’s original plan works in an urban setting. The first half of my life had been spent working other people’s fields to pay off debt I borrowed to meet my needs. Proverbs 22:7 says,

“The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.” (KJV)

I went from being in debt about $100,000.00, which included a mortgage, car notes, credit cards, and car insurance to being debt free. Only by the grace of God, I am debt free today and I intend on never being in debt again.

I have had unexpected expenses come along, like car repairs, new water heater, new tires, furnace repairs, new washer and dryer and drain in basement backed up. I had two large trees fall in my backyard, the cost was over three thousand dollars to have those trees cut down and hauled away.

The biggest challenge was putting a new roof put on my house. Because of a lack of money at the time; I had to save and as well as manage water coming into my house destroying ceilings, walls and floors. It rained every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I suffered through heavy rainfalls, all night rainfalls, and early in the morning rain falls. We never gave up hope that God would bring us through victoriously.

Three roofing companies turned us down. They said, the roof was too far gone but one roofing company came through and did an awesome job putting a new roof on my house. I paid in cash, a totally new roof, new gutters and soffit vents. They rebuild the catwalks on both sides of my house. No debt, each step of the way, God has provided.

In the last two years, I paid off my mortgage five years ahead of time. Paid off ten thousand dollars in credit card debt in four months.

But before any of this happened, I got really excited about sowing into the work of God. Even a dollar became a seed sown into the Salvation Army or Forgotten Harvest.

Some of the lessons I have learned:

-Honor God with the first fruits of your increase, so shall your barns burst out with new wine.

-In times of abundant increase, save money. Build storehouses.

-Seed is much more precious than gold when placed in the hands of God

-There is never ever “a lack of seed” because God supplies seed to sowers

-You determine your harvest by the seed you sow

-Dont worry about how or when your harvest comes in. Praise God that the harvests “will come”

-It will come. Keep sowing everyday in every way, then your harvests will come in many ways

I also noticed something that is super super crazy. I doesn’t make sense; since I got my new roof, it doesn’t rain every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No mid-night super soakers. I used watch the Weather Channel and every week rain systems would come from the west and hit my house. Rain systems would come down from Canada, up from Texas and sometimes from Florida.

I noticed something else, when I got my breakthrough, my victory; it gave everybody else with roofing issues a reprieve.

This video of this court case is prophetic of end times event in the sense that people like Judge Jennifer Dorow battled through a difficult case to bring forth judgment. I praise Judge Dorow for standing up on behalf of the people who were murdered and injured on November 21, 2021.

I don’t think there is any doubt that justice would prevail. Judge Dorow was very professional and thorough.

What amazes me is Darrell Brooks antics. I Mr. Brooks put a very frustrating defense. I couldn’t imagine setting through the constant battles over words and nonsensical legal challenges.

In the closing arguments, Mr. Brooks spoke for over two hours with no notes. Being a public speaker, I know how difficult and challenging that could be. It takes tremendous amounts of energy. One hour of public speaking is equal to 8 hours of physical labor.

Mr. Brooks used the Bible as a prop and oftentimes used faith in God as a defense. According to 2 Corinthians 11:14-15, Satan presents himself as an angel of light and so does his ministers.

There is ample evidence in the video above to show what is driving Mr. Brooks. There are millions of people like him, demonically inspired children, children of darkness who are waging a battle of influence.

The entertainment industry is flush with cash to finance their activities. Our communities are in an undeclared war on all fronts.

Just as Judge Dorow applied the law in this case, each of us have to know and apply the Word of God every single day because our warfare is not with flesh and blood but unseen spiritual forces of darkness, see Ephesians 6:10-12. These spiritual forces are waging battles against us every single day. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy.

Jesus resisted Satan in the wilderness with the Word of God. Satan left him alone; we must apply the Word of God in times of test, trails and tribulations. James 4:7, says submit to God resist the Devil and he will flee from you!
