Seed time Harvest

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to the flesh shall of his flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. AND LET US NOT BE WEARY IN WELL DOING: FOR IN DUE SEASON WE SHALL REAP, IF WE FAINT NOT. As we have therefore OPPORTUNITY, let us do good unto ALL men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:7-10

-All seed is supernatural. It cannot be discriminated against. It is color blind. Age is just a number, doesn’t favor rich or poor, male or female. It is impartial.

A widow woman who sought justice before a wicked judge prevail through persistence. She realized that the God of heaven and earth is the ultimate judge. Jesus called her persistence faith. Luke 18:1-8

Jesus said,

In Luke 18:’people ought to always pray and not faint.’

In Luke 18:17-8, “And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth.” Luke 18:7-8

In society, there is an overwhelming sense of injustice that seems to be the prevailing attitude of the day. Multi-media gives voice to discontentment

People don’t want to take the time to pray, to seek God’s will. They want immediate satisfaction now!

“Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” Romans 12:19 (ESV)

Woe to the earth, for the Devil is come down unto you, having great wrath…

This quote is taken from Revelation 12:12. It speaks of the trouble that will be stirred up against the inhabitants of the earth and sea.

Revelation 12:17, “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to MAKE WAR with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”

There is another warning in Revelation 14:8,

“And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, BECAUSE SHE MADE ALL Nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”

We also see again in Revelation 18:3, “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication…”

This describes the horrific terror that the enemy will afflict upon those who have no relationship with God. Matter of fact, the relationship that the nations have with the kingdom of darkness, that great city Babylon, is described as based on fornication.

The enemy is going to make war. He is going to hit repeatedly anyone and everyone. Stroke after stroke.

I witnessed this rage. It happened shortly after the rebellion in Detroit in 1967. Shortly thereafter, for several years, the murder rate reached 900+ people a year. People were losing their lives in situations that made no sense. For example, a person standing in a door way was shot and killed in a random drive by shooting.

The apostle Peter said in 1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”

We are living in a time when a person can / walk into an elementary school or a church gathering and murder people. The government is powerless to stop it. First, our warfare is not against flesh and blood. It is not against people. It is against unseen spiritual forces who is working in culture to inspire hate and violence.

One of those forces of evil is called “spiritual wickedness in high places”, see Ephesians 6:12. Even though Jesus defeated these forces and have given us the victory; there are many believers who are ignorant of these promises.

“And you, being dead in your sins and uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quicken together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was contrary to us, and took it out of the way nailing it to his cross; and having SPOILED principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”

Jesus, in sacrifice, defeated principalities and powers. He stripped them of their legal abilities to inflict judgment. The ordinances that these creatures used as justification to attack and inflict pain has been “blotted out”. Although they have been defeated, they have a limited time left on earth.

The only way to stop these creatures is through covenant promises. For example,

Revelation 12:11 says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

Another promise,

The gates of Hell shall not prevail against his church,

In my name you shall cast out devils, Mark 16:17

All the powers of hell can not overthrow the Body of Christ, the Church.

Read Mark 5:1-20, a legion of demons living on the inside of this person who lived among the dead, he could not be controlled, he was a tormented soul and he was a cutter. A cutter, according to this scripture, is a person who was cutting himself with stones. But when he saw Jesus, he ran and worshipped him.

The strange thing about this encounter, it was the legion of demons who ran and bowed down before Jesus and worshipped him.

The interesting thing about this encounter, they knew Jesus is the Word of God made flesh. They knew that they had a right to inhabit human beings (See Luke 11:24, they call the human body, our home) and they knew that their time is limited ( Are you come to torment us before the time Matthew 8:29)

But at the same time, one demon can overthrow whole churches and Denominations, See Acts 19:13-20

The Seven Sons of Sceva, tried to cast out an evil spirit from a man. Sceva was described as a Jew and chief of the priests. The evil spirit said, ‘Jesus I know and Paul I know, but who are you? The evil spirit in the man leaped on the seven brothers stripped them of their clothing and wounded them. The Bible says, “… So they fled out of that house naked and wounded.”

There is another incident in the Bible, the battle of Ai in Joshua 7:1-26, where the Isreal, the people of God were routed and humiliated by a very small force because there was sin in their camp.

Acts 17:6, If twelve believers could turned the world upside down; image what could be done when a committed core group of believers commit themselves to advancing God’s agenda in a region!
